Elevated Flooding Risk.
DISCUSSION...
Scattered thunderstorms with torrential downpours and gusty winds
are developing early this afternoon especially across northern Illinois.
Flooding of ditches, farm fields, and roadways may occur beneath
the strongest storms. A Flash Flood Watch is in effect for northern
Illinois and northwestern Indiana until Tuesday evening.
