Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.
.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.
Weather hazards expected...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
DISCUSSION...
Isolated to perhaps widely scattered thunderstorms are possible
today, mainly during the afternoon. The favored areas for any
thunderstorms include well inland of Lake Michigan over northern
Illinois and then southeast of a Pontiac to Gary line. Severe
weather is not expected.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.
Thursday through Saturday...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk at times.
DISCUSSION:
A few thunderstorms strong enough to produce winds capable of
downing tree limbs are possible on Saturday.
.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
Spotter activation will not be necessary through tonight.
GENERAL STORM MOTION OF THE DAY:
Moving toward the west at 5 to 10 mph.
