ILLINOIS.
* WINDS...SOUTHERLY WINDS OF 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 35 MPH
THIS AFTERNOON...BECOMING NORTHWEST 25 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS UP
TO 40 TO 45 MPH LATE THIS EVENING AND OVERNIGHT.
* WIND CHILL VALUES...10 TO 15 BELOW ZERO.
