LOCALIZED MINOR FLOODING IS POSSIBLE ALONG PORTIONS OF THE
KANKAKEE RIVER DUE TO ICE JAMS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY.

ACCUMULATING SNOW IS LIKELY SOUTH OF INTERSTATES 88 AND 290 WITH
ACCUMULATIONS OF UP TO A FEW INCHES POSSIBLE WELL SOUTH OF
INTERSTATE 80. NORTH OF INTERSTATES 88 AND 290...THERE COULD BE
SOME MINOR SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF UP TO AN INCH.

WAVES TO 11 FEET MAY CAUSE MINOR FLOODING ALONG THE ILLINOIS
SHORE SUNDAY AFTERNOON AND SUNDAY EVENING.
