ALONG AREAS OF THE KANKAKEE RIVER. ICE JAMS CAN CREATE RAPIDLY
FLUCTUATING RIVER LEVELS WHICH COULD LEAD TO LOCALIZED FLOODING.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY.

CONDITIONS WILL REMAIN FAVORABLE FOR ICE JAM DEVELOPMENT. ICE
JAMS CAN CREATE RAPIDLY FLUCTUATING RIVER LEVELS WHICH COULD LEAD
