FOLLOWING AREAS...IN ILLINOIS...BOONE...COOK...DE KALB...
DUPAGE...KANE...KENDALL...LAKE IL...LEE...MCHENRY...OGLE...
WILL AND WINNEBAGO. IN NORTHWEST INDIANA...LAKE IN AND PORTER.

* UNTIL 4 AM CDT THURSDAY.

* SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS MAY PRODUCE LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL
DURING THE LATE NIGHT HOURS. THIS WOULD BE IN ADDITION TO THE
HEAVY RAIN THAT FELL OVER MUCH OF THE WATCH AREA DURING LATE
WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON AND WEDNESDAY EVENING.

* RAPID FLOODING OF CREEKS...SMALL STREAMS...ROADS...VIADUCTS...
AND LOW LYING AREAS IS POSSIBLE IN THUNDERSTORMS.
