This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of North Central
Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

Limited Thunderstorm Risk mainly west of Chicago.

DISCUSSION...

An isolated storm or two is possible this afternoon west of the
Fox River.

Thereafter, a slow moving cold front will move into the area
tonight and will bring a period of rain and possibly some
embedded thunderstorms, primarily after midnight. No severe
weather is expected.


.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

Monday...
Limited Flooding Risk.
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
Tuesday...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
High Swim Risk Lake Michigan beaches.

DISCUSSION...

Rain and embedded thunderstorms are expected to persist across
the area Monday into Monday night. While no severe weather is
expected, rainfall amounts of an inch or more are possible on a
localized basis.

Breezy north winds Tuesday and Tuesday night will build waves
on Lake Michigan, making for hazardous swim conditions at area
beaches.

Spotter activation will not be necessary through tonight.
