Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

Weather hazards expected...

Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
Limited Flooding Risk.
High Swim Risk Developing at Lake Michigan beaches later today.
Limited Fog Risk Tonight.

DISCUSSION...

Showers and widely scattered thunderstorms are expected today. While
severe weather is not expected, some locally heavy rainfall is
likely to accompany these showers and storms through early
afternoon. This will particularly be the case across northeastern
Illinois and portions of far northwestern Indiana where the heavy
rainfall could result in localized flooding, especially if the
highest amounts fall over the urban areas of Chicago.
