Elevated Thunderstorm Risk...with an associated:
Limited Tornado Risk.
Limited Hail Risk...up to quarter size.
Elevated Flooding Risk.
High Swim Risk Illinois North Shore beaches.

DISCUSSION...

Waves of showers and thunderstorms will move through the area
tonight. The strongest storms through the early evening may be
capable of producing hail up to 1 inch in diameter and or a brief
tornado. Heavier showers and thunderstorms through the overnight
may produce localized flash flooding in low-lying and poor drainage
areas.
