This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of North Central
Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

Limited Fog Risk early this morning south of I-80.
Limited Thunderstorm Risk tonight mainly west of Chicago.

DISCUSSION...

Patchy fog is possible early this morning, mainly along and south
of the I-80 corridor. A few spots may see locally dense fog with
visibility a half mile or less through sunrise.

A slow moving cold front will move into the area tonight, and
will bring a period of rain and some embedded thunderstorms
especially after midnight. No severe weather is expected.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

Monday...
Limited Flooding Risk.
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
Tuesday and Wednesday...
High Swim Risk Lake Michigan beaches.

DISCUSSION...

Rain and embedded thunderstorms are expected to persist across
the area Monday into Monday night. While no severe weather is
expected, locally heavy rainfall amounts of an inch or more are
possible.

Breezy north winds Tuesday and Tuesday night will build waves
on Lake Michigan, making for hazardous swim conditions at area
beaches.

Spotter activation will not be necessary through tonight.
