DISCUSSION:

Blizzard conditions are expected to begin Thursday night and
continue well into Friday. The combination of heavily falling snow
and blowing snow will produce white out conditions that will
severely disrupt travel in the area.

Very strong winds Thursday night into Friday may result in tree
damage and power outages. Bitter cold with dangerously low wind
chills are expected Thursday night through Sunday.
