This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of North Central
Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
High Swim Risk.

DISCUSSION...

Scattered thunderstorms are expected to slowly fade in coverage
during the early to mid evening. No severe weather is expected,
though lightning and locally torrential downpours will occur under
the tallest thunderstorms.

Strengthening northeast winds will result in building waves
along the Lake Michigan shore into early evening that will persist
through tonight. This will create dangerous swimming conditions.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

Sunday and Monday...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
High Swim Risk.
Tuesday...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.

DISCUSSION:

Dangerous swimming conditions are expected to continue through
Sunday, especially along the Illinois shore, and may continue
Labor Day.
