Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

Limited Thunderstorm Risk.

High Swim Risk.

DISCUSSION...

Isolated thunderstorms are possible near Lake Michigan this
morning from far southeast Cook County into northwest Indiana.
Gusty north winds will maintain high waves and dangerous swimming
conditions along the Lake Michigan shore from Lake County in
Illinois into Lake and Porter counties in northwest Indiana into
this evening.

Patchy frost is possible prior to sunrise Thursday morning mainly
across portions of northern Illinois, especially west of the Fox
River Valley and north of Interstate 80.
