DISCUSSION...
Isolated non-severe thunderstorms are possible this morning.
During the late day and evening, organized thunderstorms are
expected to develop in eastern Iowa track eastward over portions
of northern and central Illinois. Some of these thunderstorms
may be severe with hail and damaging winds being the primary
threats. Heavy downpours may also lead to a localized flooding
threat.
