* WHAT...Visibility one quarter to one half mile in dense fog.
* WHERE...Boone, McHenry, De Kalb and Kane Counties.
* WHEN...Until 9 AM CDT this morning.
* IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to low visibility.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The edge to the fog bank is sharp with
visibility decreasing from 10 miles to one quarter of a mile
over a short distance.
