NORTHEAST ILLINOIS AND NORTHWEST INDIANA.
.DAY ONE...TONIGHT.
WIDELY SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED. SEVERE WEATHER IS
UNLIKELY...HOWEVER FREQUENT LIGHTNING...BRIEF HEAVY RAIN...AND
POSSIBLY SOME SMALL HAIL WILL ACCOMPANY THE STRONGEST STORMS.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY.
THERE IS A GOOD CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS THURSDAY AHEAD OF AN
APPROACHING COLD FRONT. SOME OF THESE STORMS COULD BECOME SEVERE
DURING THE LATE MORNING THROUGH MID TO LATE AFTERNOON PERIOD.
LARGE HAIL AND DAMAGING WINDS WILL BE THE PRIMARY SEVERE THREAT.
STRONG AND GUSTY NORTHWEST WINDS ARE POSSIBLE ON SATURDAY.
