NORTHEAST ILLINOIS AND NORTHWEST INDIANA.

WEATHER HAZARDS EXPECTED:
SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS...THE STRONGEST OF WHICH MAY PRODUCE:
HAIL TO THE SIZE OF PENNIES.
WIND GUSTS TO 50 MPH.
AREAS AFFECTED AND TIMING:
THE STRONGEST STORMS ARE EXPECTED TO BE GENERALLY SOUTHEAST
OF A PONTIAC TO VALPARAISO LINE THIS MORNING. OTHER ISOLATED
STORMS ARE POSSIBLE ACROSS THE REMAINDER OF THE OUTLOOK AREA.
THUNDERSTORM POTENTIAL WILL DIMINISH THIS AFTERNOON.
LOCALLY DENSE FOG IS POSSIBLE MAINLY NEAR LAKE MICHIGAN THROUGH
EARLY AFTERNOON.
A PERIOD OF SNOW IS POSSIBLE OVER NORTH CENTRAL AND FAR NORTHEAST
ILLINOIS THIS AFTERNOON AND EARLY THIS EVENING. SNOW MAY COME
DOWN HEAVILY FOR A TIME...WITH SOME ACCUMULATION POSSIBLE
ESPECIALLY ON ELEVATED OR GRASSY SURFACES.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY.
NO HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.
