MORNING...
...WIND CHILL ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 3 PM THIS AFTERNOON TO 5 AM
CST THURSDAY...

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CHICAGO HAS ISSUED A WIND CHILL
ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 3 PM THIS AFTERNOON TO 5 AM
CST THURSDAY.

* TIMING...SNOW WILL END SHORTLY AFTER SUNRISE OVER NORTH CENTRAL
ILLINOIS.

* ACCUMULATION...STORM TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS WILL GENERALLY END
UP IN THE 1 TO 3 INCH RANGE...THOUGH IT IS STILL POSSIBLE THAT
THERE COULD BE ISOLATED TOTALS OF 3 TO 4 INCHES.

* MAIN IMPACT...UNTREATED ROADS WILL BE SNOW COVERED AND TRAVEL
DIFFICULT FOR THE MORNING RUSH HOUR. IN ADDITION...REDUCED
VISIBILITY IN SNOW IS LIKELY THROUGH THE HEART OF THE RUSH HOUR.

* WIND CHILLS...TEMPERATURES WILL FALL INTO THE SINGLE DIGITS THIS
AFTERNOON AND BELOW ZERO THIS EVENING. MODERATE NORTHWEST WINDS
WILL RESULT IN WIND CHILLS OF 10 TO 20 BELOW ZERO THIS AFTERNOON
FALLING TO 15 TO 30 BELOW ZERO TONIGHT

A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY MEANS THAT SNOW WILL CAUSE TRAVEL
DIFFICULTIES. BE PREPARED FOR SNOW COVERED ROADS...LIMITED
VISIBILITIES...AND VERY DIFFICULT TRAVEL CONDITIONS.

A WIND CHILL ADVISORY MEANS THAT VERY COLD AIR AND STRONG WINDS
WILL COMBINE TO GENERATE LOW WIND CHILLS. THIS WILL RESULT IN
FROST BITE AND LEAD TO HYPOTHERMIA IF PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN.
