THERE IS A CHANCE FOR LIGHT SNOW PRIMARILY SOUTH OF A ROCKFORD
ILLINOIS TO GARY INDIANA LINE TONIGHT. UP TO A HALF INCH OF SNOW
IS POSSIBLE...MAINLY SOUTH OF A MENDOTA ILLINOIS TO FOWLER INDIANA
LINE WHICH MAY CREATE HAZARDOUS TRAVEL.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY.
A SHORT PERIOD OF MODERATE OR EVEN BRIEFLY HEAVY SNOW MAY OCCUR
MONDAY AFTERNOON AND EARLY MONDAY EVENING. THE MOST INTENSE SNOW
IS POSSIBLE ALONG AND NORTH OF A LINE FROM ROCKFORD TO AURORA TO
VALPARAISO WHERE AROUND AN INCH OF SNOW COULD ACCUMULATE IN A FEW
HOURS TIME. UP TO 2 INCHES IS POSSIBLE NEAR THE WISCONSIN BORDER.
THE SNOW IS EXPECTED TO FALL DURING THE LATE AFTERNOON ACROSS THE
CHICAGO METRO AREA WHICH MAY ADVERSELY IMPACT RUSH HOUR.
A WINTER MIX OF PRECIPITATION IS POSSIBLE AGAIN ON THURSDAY...
WITH PRECIPITATION CHANCES CONTINUING INTO SATURDAY. PERIODS OF
SNOW AND RAIN ARE LIKELY FOR THURSDAY AND FRIDAY BEFORE
TRANSITIONING OVER TO ALL SNOW FRIDAY NIGHT. THE EXACT LOCATION
OF A RAIN TO SNOW DEMARCATION LINE IS QUITE UNCERTAIN AT THIS
TIME...ESPECIALLY DURING THE DAYTIME HOURS. WIDESPREAD SNOW IS
