ALLOW THESE STORMS TO DROP HEAVY RAIN OVER SHORT AMOUNTS OF

THE SOIL IN MANY AREAS RUNOFF WILL QUICKLY OCCUR INCREASING
THE POTENTIAL FOR FLASH FLOODING AND CAUSING ADDITIONAL RISES
ON AREA RIVERS.

TO FLASH FLOODING. FLASH FLOODING IS A VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION.
