SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE BEGINNING TO SLIDE INTO
NORTHERN ILLINOIS AS A COLD FRONT APPROACHES. THESE STORMS ARE
MOVING TO THE SOUTHEAST AT AROUND 25 MPH...AND WILL BE NEAR
ROCKFORD...MARENGO...BYRON AND WAUKEGAN BY 345 PM CDT. THE STORMS
WILL THEN BE NEAR EVANSTON...OHARE...WHEATON AND PAW PAW SHORTLY
AFTER 4PM CDT. PRESENTLY...THE STRONGEST OF STORMS MAY PRODUCE
WIND GUSTS TO 45 MPH...SMALL PEA SIZED HAIL AND BRIEF BUT HEAVY
DOWNPOURS.
