* WHERE...Portions of north central and northeast Illinois,
  including the following counties, in north central Illinois,
  Boone, De Kalb, La Salle, Lee, Ogle and Winnebago. In northeast
  Illinois, Grundy, Kane, Kendall and McHenry.

* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.
  Underpasses may be flooded. Roads and streets may be flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Slow-moving, heavy thunderstorms have rapidly developed
    across portions of northern and northwestern Illinois. Slow
    storm motions and high atmospheric moisture content will
    support the potential for repeated rounds high rainfall rates
    in the same general areas. Some portions of northern Illinois
    also have elevated soil moisture from recent heavy rainfall.
    Periods of thunderstorms may continue this evening into the
    overnight hours.
