THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR NORTH CENTRAL ILLINOIS...
NORTHEAST ILLINOIS AND NORTHWEST INDIANA.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

WEATHER HAZARDS EXPECTED:
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
Limited Fog Risk.

DISCUSSION:

Scattered thunderstorms are possible, mainly this evening north of
I-80. While severe weather is not expected, a few of the
thunderstorms could produce gusty winds.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

Tuesday...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
Wednesday...
Limited Flooding Risk.
Elevated Thunderstorm Risk.
Thursday through Sunday...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.

DISCUSSION:

A strong storm system could impact the region Wednesday into
Thursday. Depending on the exact track, timing and strength of the
storm system, there may be a risk for strong to severe
thunderstorms for at least parts of the area later Wednesday and
again on Thursday. In addition, heavy downpours and localized
flooding are possible on Wednesday.

Spotter activation will not be necessary through tonight.
