DISCUSSION:
A cold front will settle across the area tonight, with winds
becoming breezy from the northeast late. The northeast fetch will
build waves along the Illinois and Indiana shores after midnight,
making for dangerous swim conditions by morning. Patchy fog is
possible overnight.
