THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR NORTH CENTRAL ILLINOIS...
NORTHEAST ILLINOIS AND NORTHWEST INDIANA.

WEATHER HAZARDS EXPECTED:
Significant Thunderstorm Risk...with an associated:
Elevated Tornado Risk.
Extreme Hail Risk...larger than golf ball size.
Significant Thunderstorm Wind Damage Risk.
Elevated Flooding Risk.

DISCUSSION:

Thunderstorms will continue through 3 a.m. across the area,
with the greatest coverage and intensity of storms south of
Interstate 88. Severe storms remain possible areawide, although
the potential for damaging winds and some tornadoes is higher
along and south of the Interstate 80 corridor.
