THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR NORTH CENTRAL ILLINOIS...
NORTHEAST ILLINOIS AND NORTHWEST INDIANA.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

WEATHER HAZARDS EXPECTED:

Limited Non Thunderstorm Wind Risk.
Limited Fire Weather Risk.

DISCUSSION:

Strong southwest winds will gust as high as 40 mph today. These
strong winds combined with low relative humidity will create a
limited wildfire risk.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

Tuesday...
Elevated Severe Thunderstorm Risk.
Wednesday and Thursday...
Limited Snow Risk.

DISCUSSION:

Thunderstorm chances increase Tuesday afternoon into Tuesday
night, with a threat of strong to severe thunderstorms. At this
time, the highest risk for severe weather is south of I-80.

Spotter activation will not be necessary through tonight.
