WHICH MAY FREEZE ON CONTACT TO SURFACES AS TEMPERATURES EASE
DOWNWARD. USE CAUTION IF TRAVELING AND ALLOW EXTRA TIME.
MANY RIVERS WILL BE RISING INTO OR NEAR FLOOD TODAY AND TONIGHT.
IN ADDITION...SOME STANDING WATER IN LOW-LYING OR FAVORED AREAS
WILL CONTINUE.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY.
SNOW IS LIKELY FOR MUCH OF THE OUTLOOK AREA ON WEDNESDAY MORNING
AND EARLY AFTERNOON. MINOR ACCUMULATIONS UNDER TWO INCHES APPEAR
LIKELY.
WATER LEVELS WILL REMAIN HIGH OR IN FLOOD ON AREA RIVERS THROUGH
MUCH OF THE WEEK.
