DISCUSSION...
Windy, warm, and dry conditions are expected to result in an
elevated risk of rapid brush and grass fire spread Monday and
especially Tuesday afternoon, when winds will gust up to 35-45
mph from the south-southwest. Strong southwesterly winds will
gust up to 40-45 mph on Wednesday.
