1 to 3 inches. Winds gusting 30 to 40 mph.
* WHERE...Winnebago, Boone, McHenry, Ogle, Lee and De Kalb
Counties.
* WHEN...Until noon CDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on areas of slick travel on untreated and
elevated road surfaces along with periods of reduced
visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning
commute.
