DISCUSSION...
Locally heavy rainfall is possible Thursday in northwest Indiana.
Scattered showers with a few thunderstorms are expected Thursday
afternoon. A few of these storms could produce small graupel.
Minor flooding will continue in a few locations near larger
rivers. In addition, rainfall late tonight through Thursday night
may lead to renewed rises on rivers.
