Northwesterly winds will frequently gust up to 40 mph through mid
afternoon, with occasional gusts as high as 45 mph through early
afternoon.

Limited Severe Thunderstorm Risk.

Thunderstorms are likely Tuesday with early indications of a
potential for severe thunderstorms and some threat for flooding.
In addition, southerly winds may gust up to 40 to 45 mph on
Tuesday.
Minor river flooding will continue in a few areas through
early next week.
