DISCUSSION...
Waves of scattered thunderstorms are forecast Tuesday through
Wednesday morning with an accompanying severe thunderstorm threat,
particularly late Tuesday afternoon into Wednesday morning.
Localized flooding will also be possible.
Winds may gust up to 40 mph or more late Tuesday through
Wednesday with highest gusts expected Wednesday afternoon.
Minor river flooding will continue in a few areas through early
next week.
