DISCUSSION:

Accumulating wet snow is expected mid-late Thursday afternoon or
Thursday evening through early Friday, primarily I-80 and north,
with the highest snow amounts forecast to occur near the Wisconsin
border. A period of heavy snowfall rates may occur into Thursday
evening.
