This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of North Central
Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

Limited Thunderstorm Risk.

DISCUSSION...

Isolated thunderstorms are possible early this morning as far
north as the I-88 corridor across northern Illinois, and then
mainly south of U.S. highway 24 this afternoon. The strongest
storms may produce small hail and frequent cloud to ground
lightning in addition to brief downpours.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

Friday and Saturday...
Limited Non Thunderstorm Wind Risk.
Limited Snow Risk far northern Illinois Friday night
and Saturday.

DISCUSSION:

Accumulating wet snow and associated travel impacts are possible
late Friday night into Saturday across portions of northern
Illinois, mainly near and northwest of a line from Waukegan to
Dixon Illinois.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation will not be necessary through tonight.
