Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

Limited Non Thunderstorm Wind Risk.
Friday night...
Significant Frost Risk and Limited Freeze Risk.
Saturday night...
Elevated Frost Risk.

DISCUSSION:

There could be a few thunderstorms across northern Illinois on
Thursday afternoon behind a cold front. Winds will gust
to 30 to 35 mph behind the front Thursday afternoon and evening.

A much colder period of weather is expected Friday into Saturday
following the strong cold frontal passage on Thursday.This cold
period is likely to result in widespread frost and localized
freezing temperatures outside of Chicago and inland from Lake
Michigan.
