This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of North Central
Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

Elevated Lakeshore Flood Risk.
High Swim Risk.

DISCUSSION...

Lakeshore flooding and very dangerous waves are expected
along the lake tonight, especially late.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

Wednesday...
Limited Flooding Risk.
Elevated Non Thunderstorm Wind Risk at the lakefront.
Elevated to Significant Lakeshore Flood Risk.
High Swim Risk.
Thursday...
Limited Non Thunderstorm Wind Risk.
Elevated Lakeshore Flood Risk.
High Swim Risk.

DISCUSSION:

Strong and gusty north winds will occur on Wednesday and through
Wednesday night and will be strongest near the lake. Very large
and dangerous waves will result in a continued threat for at least
minor lakeshore flooding. Winds near the lake could gust as high
as 45 to near 50 mph.
