This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of North Central
Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

Limited Thunderstorm Risk.

DISCUSSION...

Isolated thunderstorms are possible late tonight as showers
spread northward. Severe weather is not expected.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

Monday...
Limited Severe Thunderstorm Risk.
Limited Flooding Risk.
Tuesday...
Limited Flooding Risk.
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
High Swim Risk.
Wednesday and Thursday...
High Swim Risk.

DISCUSSION:

Periods of showers and some thunderstorms are expected Monday
into Tuesday until a strong cold front moves across the area. Any
thunderstorms will produce heavy downpours that may cause ponding
on some roads.

A few storms could also produce gusty winds on Monday afternoon.
A line of storms may bring a threat for a some damaging wind gusts
to the region later Monday evening.

A long duration of gusty onshore winds behind the front through
Thursday will cause a life threatening combination of large waves
and strong currents on southern Lake Michigan.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation will not be necessary through tonight.

GENERAL STORM MOTION OF THE DAY:

Moving toward the north around 25 mph.
