Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
Limited Excessive Heat Risk.
DISCUSSION...
Isolated thunderstorms will continue through sunset. Severe weather
is not anticipated, but torrential downpours and localized strong
wind gusts will be possible with these storms.
Heat index values are expected to remain around 100 into early
evening.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

Limited Afternoon Severe Thunderstorm Risk.
Limited Flooding Risk.
Limited Excessive Heat Risk.
Monday...
Elevated Thunderstorm Risk.

DISCUSSION:
Scattered thunderstorms are possible Sunday afternoon into
Sunday evening. A few of these storms may be severe, especially
across northeast Illinois and northwest Indiana. Locally heavy
rainfall will also be possible with these storms and this could
cause isolated instances of flooding.
