NORTHEAST ILLINOIS AND NORTHWEST INDIANA.
.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT.
LIGHT TO MODERATE SNOW WILL MOVE ACROSS AREAS MAINLY ALONG AND
NORTH OF INTERSTATE 80 DURING THE MORNING COMMUTE...THEN SPREAD
SOUTHWARD INTO MIDDAY. TRAVEL DELAYS ARE LIKELY. SNOW WILL
DECREASE IN COVERAGE AND INTENSITY DURING THE AFTERNOON.
LOCALIZED RIVER FLOODING WILL BE POSSIBLE ALONG PORTIONS OF THE
ILLINOIS AND KANKAKEE RIVERS. THERE IS AN INCREASED RISK OF
LOCALIZED FLOODING DUE TO ICE JAMS.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY.
LOCALIZED RIVER FLOODING WILL BE POSSIBLE ALONG PORTIONS OF THE
ILLINOIS AND KANKAKEE RIVERS. THERE IS AN INCREASED RISK OF
