Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

Weather hazards expected...

Limited Thunderstorm Risk...with an associated:
Limited Hail Risk...up to quarter size.
Limited Damaging Wind Risk...up to 60 mph.

DISCUSSION...

While the greatest chance for thunderstorms tonight is expected
to remain across southern Illinois, some thunderstorms may
develop over northern Illinois and northwest Indiana late
tonight. If the storms occur, they would be capable of producing
locally large hail and strong winds.

DISCUSSION...

A classic summertime pattern of building heat and humidity but
also chances for episodic thunderstorms is favored through
Saturday. Currently, the highest chances for heat and
thunderstorms, including severe weather, appear to be on
Thursday.
