mainly the southeast half of the outlook area this morning into
early this afternoon.

DISCUSSION:
Periods of showers and a few thunderstorms are expected from late
Thursday through Saturday. Localized heavier rainfall amounts are
possible late Thursday into Friday, which could lead to localized
flooding.
