SNOW WHICH HAS ALREADY ACCUMULATED...ESPECIALLY IN OPEN AREAS.
PORTIONS OF THE ILLINOIS AND KANKAKEE RIVERS REMAIN IN FLOOD.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY.
WIND CHILLS 15 BELOW TO 20 BELOW ZERO ARE POSSIBLE WEDNESDAY
MORNING.
LIGHT ACCUMULATING SNOW IS POSSIBLE WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON AND
EVENING. ALSO...SOME POTENTIAL EXISTS FOR ACCUMULATING SNOW
