WATCH FOR LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY AND STRONG WINDS...WHICH IS IN
EFFECT FROM MONDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH MONDAY EVENING.

* AFFECTED AREA...PORTIONS OF NORTH CENTRAL ILLINOIS AND
NORTHEAST ILLINOIS ALONG WITH NORTHWEST INDIANA.

* WINDS...WEST 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 35 MPH.

* TIMING...THROUGH LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND ONCE AGAIN FROM LATE
MONDAY MORNING THROUGH LATE MONDAY AFTERNOON.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...AS LOW AS 20 PERCENT.

* IMPACTS...CONDITIONS WILL BECOME FAVORABLE FOR RAPID GROWTH OF
WILDFIRES.
