/9 AM EDT/ FRIDAY. THE FREEZE WATCH IS NO LONGER IN EFFECT.

* TEMPERATURES...WILL FALL INTO THE UPPER 20S AND LOW 30S BY EARLY
FRIDAY MORNING.

* IMPACTS...WITH THE RECORD WARM MARCH BRINGING VEGETATION
GROWTH FAR AHEAD OF SCHEDULE...SENSITIVE VEGETATION MAY BE
DAMAGED OR KILLED BY THE FREEZING TEMPERATURES.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A FREEZE WARNING MEANS SUB-FREEZING TEMPERATURES ARE IMMINENT OR
