Illinois...northeast Illinois and northwest Indiana.

Limited Fog Risk near Lake Michigan tonight.
DISCUSSION...
Isolated to widely scattered thunderstorms are possible this
afternoon and evening with the greatest coverage expected in
northwest Indiana. Possible hazards include lightning, localized
downpours, and gusty winds with any storms that develop.
Fog, locally dense, is expected to develop over southern Lake
Michigan today and may move inland near the lake this evening
and overnight. The highest chance for patchy dense fog will be
along the Illinois shore.

DISCUSSION...
Isolated to scattered thunderstorms may develop ahead of a cold
front late Thursday afternoon. If thunderstorms develop, some will
likely become severe with damaging hail being the greatest threat.
On Friday, strong west-southwest winds and very warm and dry
conditions will result in an elevated to potentially significant
fire danger.
