Elevated Flooding Risk, mainly northwest of Interstate 55.
DISCUSSION...
Showers and storms are expected to develop overnight, primarily
northwest of Interstate 55. Within a broader region of
thunderstorms, an axis of heavy rain may develop leading to
localized flooding of low lying fields and ditches.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.
Tuesday...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk, mainly east of Interstate 55 in the afternoon.
Elevated Non Thunderstorm Wind Risk.
DISCUSSION...
Periods of strong southwesterly winds are expected tomorrow, first
along and southeast of Interstate 55 from daybreak to early
afternoon, and then along and northwest of Interstate 55 in the
afternoon and evening.
There is a low chance, 5 percent or less, of severe weather tomorrow
along and east of Interstate 55.
