THUNDERSTORMS COULD PRODUCE LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN.

IN ADDITION...FLOODING IS EXPECTED ALONG PORTIONS OF THE KANKAKEE
RIVER.

LAKE MICHIGAN BEACHES WEDNESDAY AND WEDNESDAY NIGHT.
