FALL TO AROUND 20 TO 25 PERCENT...MAINLY ALONG AND SOUTH OF
INTERSTATE 88. FULE MOISTURES WILL BE CLOSE TO 8 PERCENT...BUT SEVERAL
BRUSH FIRES OCCURRED ACROSS LASALLE COUNTY YESTERDAY. A RED FLAG WARNING
IS IN EFFECT FOR PORTIONS OF NORTHEAST AND CENTRAL ILLINOIS.
