THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR NORTH CENTRAL ILLINOIS...
NORTHEAST ILLINOIS AND NORTHWEST INDIANA.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT.

NO HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY.

MONDAY...
ELEVATED SEVERE THUNDERSTORM RISK NORTH OF I-80.
WEDNESDAY THROUGH SATURDAY...
LIMITED THUNDERSTORM RISK.

DISCUSSION:

THERE IS A CHANCE THAT ISOLATED TO SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS COULD
DEVELOP AHEAD OF AN APPROACHING COLD FRONT LATE MONDAY
AFTERNOON...BUT MORE LIKELY MONDAY EVENING OVER NORTHERN
ILLINOIS. WHILE IT IS NOT CERTAIN THAT THUNDERSTORMS WILL
DEVELOP...CONDITIONS ARE FORECAST TO BE QUITE FAVORABLE FOR
SEVERE WEATHER IF STORMS DO DEVELOP.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

SPOTTER ACTIVATION WILL NOT BE NECESSARY THROUGH TONIGHT.
