WEATHER HAZARDS EXPECTED:
ELEVATED THUNDERSTORM RISK...WITH AN ASSOCIATED:
LIMITED THUNDERSTORM WIND DAMAGE RISK...UP TO 60 MPH.
LIMITED FLOODING RISK.

DISCUSSION:

SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP SOUTH OF
INTERSTATE 80 DURING MID-AFTERNOON. A FEW OF THESE COULD BE
STRONG TO SEVERE WITH A LOCALLY DAMAGING WIND THREAT...NAMELY
SOUTH OF U.S. HIGHWAY 24. TEMPORARY VERY HIGH RAINFALL RATES MAY
ALSO CREATE LOCALIZED FLOODING ISSUES UNDER ANY STORMS. STORMS
SHOULD EXIT THE AREA BY MID EVENING.
